Describe the kind of help you are looking for in one sentence. The assistant turns your words into directory filters and shows you real records, with the source and review date for each one. You never have to use it: the ordinary search does the same job.
What it will and will not do
- It only finds records already published in this directory.
- It does not diagnose, advise on treatment, or decide whether you qualify for financial help or a clinical trial. Those decisions belong to clinicians and to the organisations themselves.
- Please do not type medical history, and do not upload anything. Only the type of help and the place are needed.
- Your words are not saved by us and never appear in the page address. They are sent once to the model that reads them, and are not kept after the answer is produced. Result text is built from stored record fields, not written by the model.
