REFINE-MS will study longer ocrelizumab treatment intervals

UCL Innovative Clinical Trials Unit · published 2026-06-01 · approved by our editors 9/7/2026

UCL has launched REFINE-MS to investigate whether some people with relapsing-remitting MS can receive ocrelizumab less often while maintaining disease control. The study compares treatment intervals. It has not established that patients should change their existing treatment schedules.

What this means

This is a trial announcement, not completed evidence supporting a change to current prescribing. Recruitment status should be checked at the trial’s own source.
